Once you order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your Account or from the Order Status page you can access to from the order confirmation email. Once an order has left our facility, please note that it can take few hours for some shipping couriers to update further tracking details. Also, you’ll receive a notification the day it is out for delivery or when delivered to the pick up point you selected.

Depending on the delivery options you choose and the time of day the order is placed, it will take from 1 to 2 business days to process your order. It also depends on the time of day the order is placed. All orders placed before 3pm from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be prepared and shipped the same day, while orders placed after 3pm will be prepared the next working day.

Our 7-day Return Policy is a service we created in order to give you peace of mind. You have 7 days, to check your product for any unlikely issues. We’ll verify your claim and replace the product for you. In case you find any of the following issues, give us a call immediately:

• You accidentally received the wrong product
• You have been overcharged
• You found manufacturer defects.

If your pre-paid order is canceled due to unavailability of the product or any other reason pertaining to ShedAutos.pk, you shall be entitled to a full refund by ShedAutos.pk which shall be processed and executed within 7 to 10 working days.

While we try to get your product into your hands as quick as possible, all online orders usually take 24-72 hours to be there. In extremely rare cases, it may take up to 5-6 working days.

Yes, we do! If by some extremely rare chance the product you receive is not up to your standards, all you have to do is call or email us at info@shedautos.pk and let us know within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we receive your claim, we’ll wait for your product to arrive by a courier of your choice and payment, and we’ll exchange it for a product agreed upon.

By Express Shipping we mean order placed and delivery in same day. Express Shipping is only available in Karachi with 100% advance payment.
